"What is your ultimate objective as a church?"

Our ultimate objective is to bring glory and honor to the Lord Jesus Christ.

"Do you have an overall philosophical 'rudder' that guides you?"

Philosophically, we believe in a pure, Biblical approach to all matters having to do with Faith and the expression of our faith. Though we seek to grow as a church, our primary focus for growth lies in are focus upon the individual family, not on "numbers". We believe that God grows the church, reflective of what the Scriptures say. We believe that the church as a whole is no stronger than its individual families.

"Do you believe that you have to be baptized, get involved, contribute financially, and be in attendance at all services?"

This is a good question but a question that must be answered not in individual responses to each facet of the question. The real answer falls back upon whether Jesus Christ is your Lord? When one comes to Jesus Christ, obedience to His Word is absolute. The Bible tells us that we are not our own, we have been bought with a price, and we no longer live but Christ lives in us". Our ambitions and decisions concerning obedience must find priority in this crucial idea, that Jesus Christ must be the Lord of all. Picking and choosing what we will or won't be obedient to is not even a question to be answered. Obedience IS our calling. In the Great Commission, Jesus commanded us to "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel, baptizing them into the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to OBEY whatsoever I have commanded you." Our quest as a church is not to qualify each facet of what we will espouse worthy of obedience, we simply seek to BE obedient to everything Christ commands.
